I was hesitant to order a replacement intercom system  over the internet.  But then I remembered how muchtime a rep from your company spent helping me find the right size filters for my house vacuum. Marcie was absolutely wonderful.  She asked all the right questions.  To our surprise, she did not forget a thing. We are talking about a intercom system for 2 different type of doors, the garage, and 6 rooms. I had compared prices and you were definitely competitive.  But what price do I put on ease of ordering and getting it right the first time?
