The Vacuflo 566 Q central vacuum power unit is a powerful true cyclonic central vacuum system. While all central vacuum power units have cyclonic action, a "true cyclonic" has cyclonic separation and fine dirt and dust particles are vented outside, much like in a clothes dryer. The main advantage to true cyclonic central vacuum systems is the consistent power of the unit. Because there are no filters or paper bag to become permeated with dust, the Vacuflo 566 Q never loses power as the dirt canister fills. While this is a great feature, the true cyclonic units do have a lint screen that needs to be cleaned from time to time, and customers sometimes find this to be a little messy. If the person responsible for emptying the dirt canister has severe dust allergies, a true cyclonic unit is probably not the best choice.

During that time we have found the 566Q to be powerful, reliable, and long lasting. Our customers love the Vacuflo 566Q and we love it when our customers are happy. The body of the Vacuflo 566Q is steel, however, the dirt canister is made of high impact plastic. The Vacuflo units are assembled in the U.S.A., something you don't see too much of these days, however some of their components come from overseas.
The manufacturer recommend the Vacuflo 566Q for homes up to 8000 square feet, however it has been our experience that over 4500 square feet, some of the power is compromised. So if your home is more than 4500 square feet you may want to look at a larger unit. With 135" of water lift, 118 cfm and 535 air watts, this machine has the power to clean most average sized homes.
