We Do Structured Wiring

In addition to central vacuum systems and intercoms we also sell and install structured wiring systems and components.  The installation experience we have is important because that means we can help our online customers install these products themselves.  Here is a recent email from one of our structured wiring customers.

100_0270 I have not completed all work, however everything is good so far; I have
completed rough-in wiring for the RG-6 and CAT-5 wiring.  Once the
drywallers complete their work, then I will finish final connections.  Thank
you for your assistance for the orders and the return.  I have attached a
picture of the central communications box that I purchased from Central
Vacuum Stores.

Don't Be Confused By Our Name: Central Vacuum Knows Intercoms

At Central Vacuum Stores, we have been installing intercom systems for over 25 years.  We don't want anyone to be confused by our name.  60 years ago we started as a vacuum store on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, Florida, but by early 90's our primary business was installing central vacuum systems and intercoms.  This is a note from a customer who was bewildered by our name....

Working with your company was terrific.  The ordering process was easy.
The shipments arrived on time and in good condition.  I mis-ordered a
couple of the items and the return process was also effortless.  I will
definitely return to your web-site for my Nutone needs.
BTW, one of my hesitations when I found your site was the name.  I

It has been a pleasure working with the folks at Central Vacuum. We purchased a NuTone intercom/music/doorbell system to upgrade the old house system. I received good advice on the parts to order, and the shipping was very prompt. The new parts have been hooked up to our old wiring and everything looks great and works perfectly!! Intercom Update Information

Greetings,
I thought I would address a possible intercom question that many of you may have but were afraid to ask.

Q:I have intercom equipment that is dated or no longer works and the replacement units look smaller or sized differently,what can I do for replacement?

A:On our web site,we have a full line of update frames that fill the needs of most of our intercom update customers.But there are some situations that require special attention.In this case you will need to contact us to make alterations to our existing line of frames or with your specifications,design a frame that will suit your needs.In any case,we look forward to the challenge to work with you to solve your intercom update needs.
