I would like you to know [and tell to any who ask!] that service from central vacuum is par excellence! i had previously contacted two other companies regarding my need [vacuum hose] : one was over the top too expensive; the other [even after i sent them pictures of my old hose for correct adaptation, were not helpful and acted very disinterested. i must give applause to both nancy and val who were both most helpful [and so cheerful!]. Yes, i am completely satisfied with the product but more so with the service! i encourage anyone looking for anything related to vacuum cleaning to contact central vacuum; you guys care and get the job done! my thanks again, frank

We had a wonderful experience with Central Vacuum Stores. I accidentally ordered teh wrong hose online. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and understanding. She quickly helped me process the return and reorder the correct hose. The new hose came faster than I had anticipated. You are now bookmarked as a "favorite"

Hi Renee, I received and installed a new Imperium CV300 in place of a thirty year old Nutone CV350.... The installation was very easy, I did have to lower the Imperium, the Nutone bag was changed from the bottom and of course the Imperium from the top....The new Imperium proved to be more powerful and exceptionally quiet compared to the old Nutone.My wife is happy with the performance and now would like a new hose. I will have to think about that!Joe Kollar

Hello Renee, You folks have a great website --My experience with Central Vacuum Stores was exceptional. Your technician helped me troubleshoot a problem with my central vac (a 30-year old unit) and when we determined that a new motor was needed, he sent one out immediately. I received tracking notices on the shipment and follow-ups after receipt. Please pass my thanks on to the technician that helped me. Great customer service!
