We got everything we ordered and quite
fast too.  The hose is a bit different than my original, but is better.  I
also ordered a "new" attachment that uses the SWIFFER cloth as it vacs and
that is great.  That was not available when we installed our vac.  Thanks

The vacuum is working great.  My daughter and her husband bought a 25+ year old home that had a Black and Decker central vacuum system.  The owner said that it did not work and had not worked for a long time, and so she had gotten rid of all of the hoses and accessories.  I was able to run down the problem with the central system, loose wire at one of the connection locations and got the system back working.  I found your web site and ordered the hoses and accessories.  They work great.  My daughter loves the ease of vacuuming her house, it has four different levels, her husband loves it because he can watch TV while she is vacuuming, her 11 month old twin boys like it because it is quiet and does not scare them.  So all in all it is a big hit.
