Thankful for our Central Vacuum Customer Referrals

We had a great Thanksgiving with the family.  We had 23 around our table.  Everyone was with us except our son, Nathan, and his family.  Nathan is a pilot with U.S. Airways and lives in Virginia.  I think I have mentioned in other posts that every now and again he helps out our customers in the D.C. area. 
Well, we have a lot to be thankful for, but I just wanted to take the time to say "thanks" to all our incredible customers.  I am always amazed that you all spend the time to write us emails thanking us, so this post is dedicated to the many referrals you send us.  So, here is another batch of customer emails, cut and pasted just for you!

My experience with central vacuum stores was outstanding.  Being a 70 year old female senior citizen, I need to save on repairs whenever I can.  When I called your store, I told the gentlemen everything I could tell him about my situation, what was working, what was not, etc.  Based on what I told him about my Beam Unit, he looked up the model, had me perform a simple test to pinpoint the problem, briefly explained how I would remove the old part and install the new one.  The part arrived, no shipping cost, within 3 days.  I removed the old part, studied in detail how it was hooked up then applied what I saw to the new part.  Bingo, my vacuum works like new.  In fact, if that's possible, the suction seems more powerful than before.  Your company saved me a lot of money.  Costly parts, trip charge, labor, etc. probably would have been $200.00 or more.  My cost was approximately $70.00 for the part.  My time was free. 
Thank you for all your expertise, and the caring manner in which you helped me over the phone.  I am very grateful and will recommend your company to others.

It was extremely frustrating, and we finally gave up and rarely used our central vacuum. Video Intercom Security Solutions

In today's Wall Street Journal there is an article entitled "Wave of Home Invasions Puts the Wealthy on Alert".  The article says this past year several high profile individuals, including Warren Buffett, were victims of home invasions.  The journal believes that in many cases lax security opens the door to these brazen crimes.  They mention several steps that could reduce your risk of a home invasion.

1.  Don't accept unscheduled deliveries
2.  Update your home-security system
3.  Check backgrounds of employees and contractors

And last but not least is one we can help you with....
4.  Install a voice-video intercom system

Be sure to check out these products on our website. 

An added benefit, beyond the security they offer, is the fact  that you can see who is at your door.  Once you have installed a voice-video intercom system you no longer have to answer the door to your pesky relatives.
